Products and presentation
Amyeèra sells premium imitation jewellery. Colour and scale can vary slightly across screens and handcrafted pieces. Review the product description, materials, dimensions, care instructions and availability before ordering.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are GST-inclusive unless stated otherwise. Adding a piece to a cart or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not confirm a sale. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified and Amyeèra accepts the order.
Payment
Use only the payment instructions and exact order reference supplied by Amyeèra. Never share a UPI PIN, OTP or complete card credentials with Amyeèra over WhatsApp, email or telephone.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packed for insured delivery in India. The current handling commitment is within 2 days.
Returns and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 10 days of delivery, subject to the item being unused, unworn and returned with its original packaging and inclusions. For eligible returns, return shipping is complimentary in India. Hygiene, customised, damaged-after-delivery and final-sale exclusions may apply where clearly disclosed before purchase.
Cancellations and availability
Inventory is limited. Unpaid reservations may expire and release stock automatically. If Amyeèra cannot fulfil a paid order, the amount received for that order will be returned through an appropriate verified method.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Amyeèra name, wordmark, photography, descriptions and site design may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions or complaints should first be sent to info@amyeera.com so Client Care can resolve them promptly.
