Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, enquiries, reviews, wishlist and order details. We do not collect or store card credentials on Amyeèra’s servers.
How we use it
We use this information to provide customer accounts, prepare and fulfil orders, issue GST documents, answer enquiries, prevent misuse, maintain service security and—only where you have subscribed—send the Amyeèra Letter.
Service providers
Information is shared only as needed with providers that support hosting, secure document and image storage, transactional email, delivery, analytics and payments. If an AI-assisted feature is used, the interface identifies that data may be processed by the configured AI provider before submission.
Analytics and cookies
Amyeèra’s first-party footfall measurement does not set an analytics cookie and does not store your raw IP address. Essential session and security cookies are used for sign-in, account protection and checkout. Non-essential advertising or third-party analytics technologies will require consent where applicable.
Retention and security
Records are retained only for operational, fraud-prevention, accounting and legal requirements. We use encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted administrative access and server-side session controls. No online service can promise absolute security, but we continuously limit and monitor access.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time and may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting info@amyeera.com. Certain invoice, tax and transaction records must be retained under applicable law.
